After a month on the road traveling the country, coast to coast and border to border, searching for the ideal location for Hey Peach, we realized that we were getting rather homesick for the Jersey Shore. Not long after returning, this small but gorgeous gem of a building with all of its enduring charm became available. Without hesitation, we knew in our hearts where we would land—right back in the place we started, and we couldn’t be any happier.

Hey Peach Bakery is an honest and deeply authentic part of our purpose. It has become our “why” in an adventure into the playfulness of who we can be when we truly feel at home and inspired in our space. This bakery and cafe concept has grown into much more than a hopeful passion project—it’s become a challenging, rewarding, and fulfilling lifestyle that we humbly and gratefully pursue.

Our vision for Hey Peach is to focus on the classics. The time- tested traditions of simple, meaningful bakes with staying power. Things that conjure distant memories and may fall in and out of favor, but never go out of style. Things that connect us to people and places gone by, creating new bonds to ground us in the present. With all of our hopes and intention, we wish to share these traditions and our devotion to baking with you.

We are honored to be a part of the community in Bradley Beach! If you haven’t met us yet, we are Mom & Pop to the bone and have an old-school passion for hospitality. We’d love nothing more than to have you as our guest. So please pop in and say Hey! We’d love to see you here, in our home away from home, toiling away at what we love, hoping you’ll find joy in a little treat or loaf of bread.
